We understand that things happen, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Although we assess each of these situations on an individual basis, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% charge for the service.

Habitual cancellations will require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the service to rebook.

No Call/ No Show appointments will be charged 100% of their service and be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 100% charge of the service.
